What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an excellent classroom practitioner who:
- is passionate about teaching and learning and enabling all children to achieve success.
- has an excellent understanding of pedagogy and practice.
- has recent high quality teaching experience in KS1.
- is fully committed to supporting the ethos and values of a Christian school.
- is able to foster excellent relationships with children, parents and staff.
- is committed to their own professional development with a strong appetite for learning and improving their practice.
- is able to lead an area of the curriculum (Not required for ECTs).
