Class Teacher with TLR for Phase Leadership – Foley Infant Academy
Are you an inspiring and dynamic educator looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly improving school? Foley Infant Academy is seeking an excellent class teacher with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for Phase Leadership in Key Stage 1. This post is not suitable for ECTs.
About Us:
Foley Infant Academy is a close-knit, supportive community dedicated to providing an exceptional education for our children. We are on a journey of rapid improvement, with a strong emphasis on professional development and collaboration. Foley Infant Academy works hand in hand with Brindley Heath Junior Academy. While we are two schools, we operate as one, with a shared leadership team, curriculum and pedagogy. The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher who can lead and inspire our Key Stage 1 phase. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and shape the educational journey of our children while growing your own leadership skills. The right candidate should be an outstanding KS1 teacher, with a commitment to continual professional development. The position is integral in developing the quality of education across the phase, working closely with colleagues to develop the effectiveness of the key stage.
