What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced teacher who meets the following criteria:
- Holds QTS
- Effective and enthusiastic, with high expectations of all pupils and themselves.
- Committed to developing self-confident and independent learners and want to be part of a collaborative approach to school improvement.
- Be able to uphold the Christian vision of our school as well as promoting our five school values.
- Able to maintain professionalism at all times and fully engage with our school priorities.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and who can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Winslow Church of England School is a two form entry primary school with a Preschool. We cater for children from 3 to 11 years. Our school is located within the market town of Winslow. It is situated within a beautiful site with open, green spaces, two large playgrounds, a new all weather outdoor play area for our Preschool as well as outdoor learning in our musical woodland and wildlife area.
We are a caring, friendly school which offers an inspiring and challenging curriculum. Our curriculum provides opportunities for children to learn in different ways and to create children who are independent and life long learners.
