What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a teacher with experience of teaching music to join our team at Croughton All Saints CE Primary School. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of providing a caring and engaging educational experience for our students, supporting their academic and personal growth. The role is for two full days a week.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Support the well-being and development of all pupils.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in primary education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the well-being and development of pupils.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
- Enthusiasm and passion for teaching.

Croughton All Saints is are thriving village school originally founded in 1842 and part of the building still retains original features including a thatched roof. Children come mainly from Croughton, but we also welcome children from the surrounding villages, Brackley and the nearby American RAF base.
