  • Possess a warm, approachable, and compassionate nature that helps children feel safe and supported
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are committed to the academic and pastoral development of pupils
  • Strive to raise standards and support every child to succeed
  • Are enthusiastic about creating engaging, memorable, and enriching learning experiences

Our children want their school to be welcoming; a place where they feel secure and are encouraged to do the best of their ability. They want it to be a place where people are kind, honest and happy; a school where differences are celebrated, were they all feel accepted and are respectful towards to each other.

Our children say we should embrace all cultures, beliefs and differences and understand that every person is unique. We should always say positive things to each other and never hurt or bully others. We should make good choices, demonstrate the school learning behaviours and look after our school.
