- Holds qualified teacher status with a strong foundation in effective teaching, learning, and behaviour management strategies

- Is skilled in planning and organisation, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.

- Create a caring, stimulating, and purposeful classroom environment that supports all pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, ensuring all pupils are challenged and supported appropriately.
- Use small group spaces effectively to deliver targeted interventions that close learning gaps.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguard the safety and welfare of all pupils.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies to provide a holistic education.
- Participate actively in school development, contributing to curriculum initiatives and school policies.
- Use data and assessment thoughtfully to inform teaching and promote pupil progress.
- Support the school’s ethos and priorities, including the consistent use of assistive technologies and trauma-informed approaches.

Our school consists of two buildings on a large site and amazing learning facilities such as a farm and specialist rooms for art, science, music and cookery.
