What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an energetic, dedicated and forward-thinking Middle Leader to join our KS1 team.

As a member of our Federated Leadership Team you will be responsible for all aspects of the Year 1 and 2 Phase. You will lead the teaching and learning across your phase to ensure the highest standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced leader or someone who wishes to embark on their leadership journey. You will be instrumental in helping the school's leadership team take the school into the next phase of its journey.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an excellent team player, who is committed to providing high quality teaching and learning experiences.
  • Has a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to deliver excellence as the school continues to grow.
  • Has effective behaviour management skills and has high expectations and aspirations for ALL children
