What skills and experience we're looking for

• A qualified teacher with recent and successful teaching experience across the primary phase, preferably in Key Stage 1.
• Significant experience of delivering the RWI phonics programme
• Commitment to continued professional development.
• An understanding of the importance of the processes of planning, monitoring and evaluation as an aid to raising standards.
