Aspirational Lead - Teaching & Learning Responsibility (TLR)
Full time, Permanent
Salary: M1 - UP3 £32,916 - £45,352, + TLR3 (value based on experience)

This is a new and exciting post where the successful postholder will seek to broaden the pupil’s experiences by arranging external and internal activities. As aspirational lead you will not only seek to motivate the staff and pupils but also demonstrate the following:
Support and coach staff to ensure confidence in delivering and supporting their children.
Develop key areas of learning to ensure all pupils are able to obtain aspirational progress.
Be seen as the school best practice adviser, advocating for the subject area.
Support the creation of an exciting and inspirational content and delivery of activities and visits that will offer our children an broad, enriching curriculum that supports their development.
Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils across school, reducing barriers for our children.
Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge, with emphasis on individual and school aspirational goals, literacy and numeracy
Work with others on the school’s aspirational ambitions in line with our Trust Values.
Promote career choices linked to national curriculum subjects.
Promote future careers through partnership working, visits to school and external visits.
