- Have the competence and flair to inspire a creative classroom, understanding the impact that this has on attainment and personal development.
- Be knowledgeable about the curriculum and understand a child’s learning journey from EYFS to Key Stage 2.
- Have high expectations of all pupils’ achievements and behaviour, and the skills to build effective relationships.
- Be organised, adaptable and well-planned, and able to show initiative and independence.
- Be motivated, with a good sense of humour and an eagerness to learn from and support your colleagues and our community. (Also very important to us!)
- Have excellent I.T. skills.
