KS1 Year Team Leader Pay Scale: MPS1 – UPS3 plus a TLR2a Contract: permanent Hours: Full Time To commence: September 2022 Lake Farm Park Academy opened in 2014 and is an expanding school that is three-form entry nursery and primary academy, presently up to Year 5, going up to Year 6 in September 2020, with an SRP for 12 children with ASD. It serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London. By September 2020 it becomes the educational home to over 700 children. The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our eight academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high quality training. As the school expands, we are looking to appoint a KS1 Year Team Leader. The ideal candidates will be caring, patient, self-motivated and able to work from their own initiative. They will support the academy to establish a safe, happy and inclusive school where hard work, good behaviour and excellent progress are prized. This is an exciting opportunity as you will also be instrumental in designing and developing the brand new junior curriculum and the future direction of the Academy as it grows. At least two full years’ teaching experience is an essential requirement.
