KS2 Assistant Headteacher job summary
The Governing Body are looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Key Stage 2 Assistant Headteacher (L7-11) to the staff team from Tuesday 14th April 2020.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of outstanding teaching and be able to demonstrate an understanding of whole school improvement. They will have the ability to forge excellent relationships with colleagues, parents and most importantly, our children. They must be a team player and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills as well as having a creative and ambitious vision to ensure our children receive an outstanding education. In the first instance the post is a non-teaching position however the successful applicant will be expected to deliver exemplar lessons in order to ensure outstanding teaching across Key Stage 2. They will be responsible for the analysis of data and ensuring outstanding outcomes for our Key Stage 2 children.

Hallam is a large oversubscribed school of over 630 children located in the South West of the city. We are fortunate to be surrounded by an extensive outdoor which includes a Multi-use games area and playing fields.
