What skills and experience we're looking for

Fixed term for one year due to additional year groups leaving over the course of the next two years.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated teacher to join our creative, friendly and hardworking team. We have an exciting hands-on approach to learning and a creative curriculum which is a recognised strength of the school. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take additional subject responsibility for ensuring the continued delivery of high quality teaching and learning throughout the school. They will also be supported in extending their own professional development within a well established staff team.

This is a great opportunity for a teacher who is committed to excellent teaching and learning and has high expectations of our children and themselves.

We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Is passionate about children's learning with a high regard for the personal achievement of each child

  • Is hard working, well organised and highly motivated

  • Can demonstrate a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning with high expectations of pupil attainment

  • Is dedicated to maintaining consistent approaches to behaviour management and building effective relationships with others
