Are you an experienced and passionate KS2 teacher ready to take the next step in your career? Ilminster E-ACT Academy is looking for an inspiring practitioner to join our dedicated and ambitious team.
We are seeking a skilled teacher with a strong track record of delivering high quality teaching and improving outcomes for pupils across Key Stage 2. You will be committed to creating engaging, inclusive learning environments where every child is supported to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 2
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes for all learners
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities in line with a potential TLR (for the right candidate)
Pay range: MPS - £32,916.00 - £45,352.00
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements
- Ability to deliver consistently high-quality teaching that secures strong pupil outcomes
- Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
