Lakenham Primary School is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is suitable for ECTs, MPS or UPS teachers. We are looking for a teacher with can either teach year 6 next year or have the capability to in the future.

We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has experience of, or enthusiasm for, teaching in Key Stage 2
- Has a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
- Plans learning that is exciting, challenging and promotes independence
- Adapts teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with autism
- Uses assessment positively to understand what children can remember, support progress and celebrate success
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status
- Enjoys working as part of a team and values collaboration
- Builds strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Is keen to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra‑curricular activities
- Brings energy, creativity, warmth and a sense of humour into the classroom
