An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Key Stage 2 teacher to join the ambitious and supportive team at North Petherton Community Primary School.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • A dynamic and energetic teacher who has high expectations regarding - pupil attainment, progress and behaviour.
  • Able to work collaboratively with all colleagues.
  • Be adaptable, innovative, and willing to embrace a range of teaching techniques across the curriculum.
  • Committed to developing the wellbeing and full potential of all children ensuring that they feel safe, happy, excited to learn and that their voice is heard.
  • Committed to take part in all aspects of a school life, including extra-curricular activities and working within a community focused school.
  • Manage a fully inclusive classroom ensuring all needs are considered and supported.
