As a KS2 teacher, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that challenge and support pupils to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status with proven experience of teaching in Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective teaching, learning and assessment practices across the primary curriculum.
- Be able to differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND, EAL and greater depth pupils.
- Create a positive, inclusive and well-organised learning environment where children feel valued and motivated to succeed.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with pupils, parents, colleagues and external partners.
- Embrace the use of technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Show commitment to safeguarding, equality and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
- Demonstrate a collaborative, compassionate and forward-thinking approach.
