What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of Rudyard Kipling Primary School and Nursery wish to appoint two exceptional full time KS2 teachers on a fixed term basis.
You will:
- Be an inspirational practitioner who loves to teach, inside the classroom and through outdoor learning
- Possess the ability to build positive relationships with every child in your class
- Hold high expectations for every child, including those with additional needs
- Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking to improve as a practitioner
- Have the ability to challenge every child using the full spectrum of Quality First and Adaptive teaching strategies
- Value the power of outdoor learning
- Acknowledge every child for the individual they are and be able to teach them accordingly
- Possess a relational and inclusive educational philosophy
- Be a strong team player
- Wish to contribute to the wider school community and offer to lead a club
