What skills and experience we're looking for
Our new Teacher will:
- Have high aspirations for all children, themselves and a desire to raise standards
- Have the ability to enthuse, motivate and engage learners who have communication difficulties
- Have high expectations for the behaviour and wellbeing of children
- Develop and implement EHCPs and individual learning strategies
Work closely with parents and carers and other professionals to support each child’s development
- Have the knowledge and skills necessary to plan an exceptional, adapted curriculum
- Be supportive of our Catholic character so that we live out our Vision and Intent
