What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for two exceptional teaching candidates to work alongside existing class teachers to create some additional teaching groups. A likely school day would consist of teaching phonics (RWI), teaching an English group, teaching a maths group then teaching intervention or class groups in the afternoon. Obviously, as a qualified teacher, flexibility would be required to get the most out of the role.
