Lift Trinity is looking for a dedicated and committed (KS2) Year 4 Teacher to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a Year 4 class at an important stage in their learning journey. You'll help pupils build strong foundations across the KS2 curriculum, grow in confidence, and develop the skills they need as they move through the school.

We're looking for someone who brings learning to life in the classroom, has high expectations for all pupils, and builds positive, supportive relationships that help children thrive. Experience in KS2 is important, and experience in Year 4 would be an advantage, but just as important is your enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to helping every child succeed.

You'll be joining a welcoming and supportive team who are focused on making a real difference every day.

We strive to offer rich and inspiring learning opportunities that enable our pupils to achieve their full potential and develop a lifelong passion for learning. By the time our children leave Trinity, we want them to be confident, respectful, and well-prepared for the future-equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values they need to thrive in life.

Who is Lift Schools?

We're a diverse and inclusive network of schools with one clear mission; to provide an excellent education to every child - in every classroom, every day. And we do this across each of our 58 schools. As with our students, we want our team to be empowered to do their best work, supported by the best leadership they've ever had.

We acknowledge and appreciate the exceptional efforts of everyone here in making this an incredible organisation.

We offer you:

* Career development and training: Access a wide range of statutory and developmental training to boost your career.
* Our partnership with One World powers our innovative Instructional Excellence Program. We also offer a comprehensive range of CPD programs, including Ambition Institute's Early Career and NPQ offerings, tailored to both individual and network needs.
* Generous benefits: From your pension plan to healthcare and financial support, we've got you covered.
* Lifestyle perks: Enjoy discounted gym memberships and travel deals.

The role is due to commence September 2026. This is a full time, permanent position.
