What skills and experience we're looking for
he ideal candidate will have the following strengths:
- Excellent classroom practitioner, with experience in KS1 and KS2 statutory test.
- Ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the school’s vision forward.
- Have an impact on educational progress beyond your assigned pupils.
- Preparedness and ability to implement ourethos.

We are looking to appoint an individual with commitment and passion who has experience in KS1 and KS2, and proven experience leading a subject. You will take specific responsibility and accountability for the day to day management and organisation of English.
You will help to steer the school into the future, promoting our Jewish ethos and building a school of which the community can be proud.
The successful candidates will maintain best practice, providing a clear direction for improvement in the school and ensuring that policies and agreed practice are consistently implemented.
