What skills and experience we're looking for

he ideal candidate will have the following strengths:

  • Excellent classroom practitioner, with experience in KS1 and KS2 statutory test.
  • Ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the school’s vision forward.
  • Have an impact on educational progress beyond your assigned pupils.
  • Preparedness and ability to implement ourethos.
