What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner to work in one of our Year 5 or Year 4 classes; some experience in KS2 would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who is able to plan a stimulating, challenging and fun personalised curriculum. This is a good opportunity for a talented, ambitious teacher to join our dedicated staff team.

The successful candidate will be:

  • An inspiring and motivated teacher
  • Excellent at behaviour management
  • Committed to excellence and have high expectations of all pupils, including vulnerable groups
  • A highly effective practitioner in terms of planning, lesson delivery and assessment for learning
  • Able to develop positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
  • Committed to extra-curricular activities
  • Rigorous in ensuring pupils make the required progress in order to reach age related expectations
