What skills and experience we're looking for

This is a temporary maternity cover post working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (0.8 FTE) starting 1st September 2024 until 31 May 2025, or until the post holder returns if earlier.

We are seeking to appoint a creative, dynamic and inspirational KS2 class teacher to join our fantastic, and committed team.

We are seeking an excellent classroom practitioner who:

  • is passionate about teaching and learning and enabling all children to achieve success.
  • has an excellent understanding of pedagogy and practice.
  • has recent high quality teaching experience in KS2.
  • is fully committed to supporting the ethos and values of a Christian school.
  • is able to foster excellent relationships with children, parents and staff.
  • is committed to your own professional development with a strong appetite for learning and improving your practice.
  • is able to lead an area of the curriculum (Not required for ECTs).
