KS2 Teacher (Temp Maternity Cover) job summary

Rokeby Park Primary School, requires a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher who is ambitious, innovative and excited about empowering children to make rapid progress in their learning. This is a fixed term maternity cover post starting in April 2025.
We need an exceptional teacher who would thrive in a school which puts children at its heart. Rokeby Park is a school where staff’s professional development is high on the agenda. We are looking for a teacher who:
• Has a proven track record of effective teaching in KS2
• Plans effectively to provide a progressive curriculum that is ambitious for all
• Understands how to adapt teaching and learning to meet the needs of SEND and those from disadvantaged backgrounds
• Is committed to and passionate about high quality teaching
• Is ready to learn as part of a team and be challenged to become the best they can be
Salary: Teachers Main Pay Scale, M1 £31,650- M6 £43,607
