KS2 Teaching Assistant job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with experience in Key Stage 2 to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 22nd July 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic school environment, assisting teachers in delivering high-quality education and supporting students in their learning journey.
The successful candidate will:
- Work alongside class teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
- Provide tailored support to children on a 1:1 or group basis to enhance their learning.
- Assist in organising and supervising educational trips and activities.
- Support teachers in assessing student progress and documenting learning achievements.
- Help create vibrant classroom displays and engaging learning resources.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all learners.
- Foster a learning atmosphere where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability.
We are looking for an adaptable, flexible, and resourceful individual who shares our passion for learning and is committed to seeking excellence every day. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Key Stage 2, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children.
