What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic KS3 Maths Lead to support the development and delivery of an outstanding mathematics curriculum across Key Stage 3. The role will involve working closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching, strong curriculum progression and excellent outcomes for all students. We value potential as much as experience, and this role would be particularly well suited to an ambitious teacher who is early in their career, eager to develop their leadership skills and ready to take the next step in their professional progression. We will provide the support and opportunities needed for the right candidate to thrive in the role.
