You will support the pastoral needs of the students, creating a safe nurturing space within your classroom that allows students to grow as people and develop a positive sense of self concept, emotional resilience and positive self-esteem. It is essential that you have experience of working with or caring for children. Working within a school and with children with disabilities is desirable, however not essential.
