The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to high standards of education for all pupils
- Be self-motivated, reliable, and consistent in their professional practice
- Show the ability to respond effectively to a range of situations within a school environment
- Work effectively as part of a team, whilst also demonstrating initiative and independence
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with pupils, staff, and parents/carers
- Have secure literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a busy working environment
- Have experience of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), contributing to their individual progress
- Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Uphold high expectations of themselves and others at all times

We are seeking to appoint a committed and suitably experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within our school. The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear commitment to inclusive practice and to promoting positive behaviour, ensuring that all pupils are supported to achieve their full academic, social, and emotional potential.
This is a varied and rewarding role for an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant. You will play a key part in delivering targeted intervention groups alongside supporting whole-class learning. The role can be fast-paced and challenging but offers significant opportunities to make a meaningful difference.
Visits are warmly welcomed to the school.
