What skills and experience we're looking for
As a Teaching Assistant working in our school it’s essential that you:
- Are a positive, caring and energetic ‘can-do’ attitude
- Have experience of working successfully with children
- Are highly motivated in caring for vulnerable children
- Have the ability to give feedback and support in order for children to make progress in their learning
- Have an understanding of how to safeguard children
- Take a genuine interest in aiding children’s development
