As a Teaching Assistant working in our school it’s essential that you:

  • Have experience of working successfully with children
  • Are highly motivated in caring for vulnerable children
  • Have the ability to give feedback and support in order for children to make progress in their learning
  • Have an understanding of how to safeguard children
  • Take a genuine interest in aiding children’s development
