Are you a dedicated and experienced educator passionate about making a difference in the lives of Children? At Co-op Academy Beckfield, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in our school.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will deliver bespoke, specialist education tailored to meet the evolving needs of pupils. You will develop and implement personalised learning to support each pupil’s unique needs and abilities. Use innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire young learners. Collaborate with external agencies and our wider inclusion team to ensure holistic support for pupil’s development. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth
