• Working pattern: Full time: • Monday to Friday from 8.45-12.00 and 1.00-3.00 (Classroom TA) • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3.00-6.00pm and Tuesday 3.00-4.30pm (After School Club Supervisor)
• Contract type: Fixed term - 14 months
• Full-time equivalent salary: £25,992
• Pay scale: Grade 6, SCP 8

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Have a good understanding of the National Curriculum
• Have experience of teaching phonics and early reading
• Be dedicated to support pupils with SEND
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and positive behaviour management
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Be innovative and resourceful
• Have energy, enthusiasm and drive
• Have a sense of humour and fun

We are a small school and nursery situated in the village of Woore on the Shropshire/Cheshire/Staffordshire border. We have 3 classes and a nursery. Our grounds are extensive and include a forest school area, daily mile track, polytunnel, outdoor building and a range of playground equipment. We take children from the surrounding area including Staffordshire and Cheshire.
