The First Federation Trust a Multi Academy Trust of 21 primary schools, across Devon and West Dorset are looking to appoint a Nursery TA for 3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday) in their new and thriving nursery class at Lady Seaward's CE Primary School

Lady Seaward’s Primary is located in Clyst St George on the outskirts of Exeter within easy reach of Exeter, the M5, Exmouth and surrounding towns and villages.

The school provides a secure, nurturing and challenging learning environment with a family atmosphere, where the children come first and has an excellent partnership with parents/carers and the local community.

You would be working alongside a wonderful small team of supportive staff with strong links through the Trust where there is continual collaboration linked to teaching and learning and nursery provision.

We are looking to appoint:

• Level 2 or 3 Nursery Assistant £11.79-£11.98 per hour (funding is available to complete this qualification if needed) to work Mon-Wed 8.30am to 3.30pm. More hours may become available during the year as numbers increase. Unqualified candidates are encouraged to apply as training can be offered.

The role will require you to:

• provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the setting.
• work as part of a team, with the nursery practitioner and EYFS teacher, in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
• build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.
