start at 7:30am and finish at 3:30pm, finishing at 3:00pm one day a week.

To facilitate and encourage learning which enables pupils to achieve the highest possible standards: to share and
support the corporate responsibility for the well-being, education and
discipline of all pupils.

Purpose
of the post 

To s upervise classes during the short and medium term
absence of the class teacher under the guidance of teaching/senior staff.

Organise
all aspects of the administration of cover
including acting upon messages from absent staff; writing and distributing the
cover rota for the day each morning; recording reasons for absence; ensuring
that this information is shared.

Organise the lunchtime duty rota, ensuring staff
are in attendance.

SIMS knowledge would be an advantage, but training
will be given.

provided.
