What skills and experience we're looking for
In this role you will take a strategic and operational lead for the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people at the academy. This role includes managing the Learning Manager team, communicating clear purpose and vision to ensure students have the support they require, in turn maximising the student attainment and life chances.
You will take a strategic and operational lead for the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people, acting as the child protection lead ensuring all issues are managed appropriately, liaisingwith local authorities, external organisations and school SLT.
