What skills and experience we're looking for
Outwood Academy Ormesby are looking to appoint a Lead Learning Manager. You will take a strategic and operational lead for the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people at the academy.
This role includes managing the Learning Manager team, communicating clear purpose and vision to ensure students have the support they require to maximise the student attainment and life changes and to take a strategic and operational lead for the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people. Other responsibilities are outlined in the Job Description.
