What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

A strong track record of excellence in teaching and learning.

Experience supporting the professional development of teachers, trainee teachers or Early Career Teachers.

Demonstrable coaching, mentoring and instructional leadership skills.

Ability to deliver engaging, high-quality training and professional development.

Strong understanding of current educational priorities, curriculum development and teaching standards.

Experience monitoring progress and contributing to quality assurance processes.

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to influence and inspire colleagues across a range of settings.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Passion for continuous improvement and educational excellence.
