What skills and experience we're looking for
As Lead Practitioner for Maths you'll be at the forefront of driving mathematical excellence across all key stages, ensuring every student develops a strong foundation in numeracy skills. Our Ideal candidate would have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- A genuine passion for and a belief in the potential of every student
- Enthusiasm for supporting the pedagogical improvement of colleagues through coaching
- An in depth understanding of great teaching and the ability to support others to improve
