What skills and experience we're looking for

Have the ability to teach across KS3 and KS4 (any Specialism).

Lead the quality assurance process across the department that supports staff pedagogical development of teaching and learning practices.

Be able to support the Curriculum Leader in staff continuous development.

Be committed to student progress.

Be passionate about teaching and learning.

Have the ability to inspire young learners with innovation, challenge, and engagement.
