In this pivotal role, you will champion excellence in Maths across the academy, ensuring the highest standards of learning, development, and achievement for all scholars. Your leadership will help remove barriers to learning while maintaining high expectations and academic rigour.

What You Will Do:

What We’re Looking For:
  • A highly effective or aspiring middle leader with a proven track record of impact in Maths.
  • Someone who shares our values and mission, and thrives in a culture of high expectations.
  • A passionate educator who believes every child can succeed, regardless of background or starting point.
What We Offer:

  • A knowledge-rich curriculum built on powerful knowledge and traditional teaching methods.
  • Centralised planning and resources, freeing you to focus on impactful teaching.
  • A warm/strict behaviour system that ensures disruption-free learning.
  • Whole-class feedback policy - no burdensome marking.
  • Supportive senior leadership and centralised detentions.
  • No formal graded observations - instead, ongoing instructional coaching.
  • A clear professional progression model with unrivalled opportunities for advancement.
