What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status.

Relevant degree or equivalent

Evidence of continuing professional development

Accreditation as a Lead Practitioner Designate OR An expectation that this will be completed within the first 18 months of being in the role.

An outstanding classroom practitioner

Experience of involvement in developing and supporting colleagues through coaching and mentoring.

Knowledge of recent developments in teaching and learning pedagogy

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

excellent communicate - sensitive and effective

Ability to plan, monitor, evaluate and review
