Working closely with the Head of Mathematics and Key Stage Leads, you will drive excellence in teaching and learning through coaching, mentoring, modelling exemplary practice and delivering high-quality subject-specific professional development. You will use assessment outcomes and quality assurance evidence to identify priorities, support improvement and help secure consistently strong classroom practice across the department.

The role includes supporting Early Career Teachers and trainee teachers, contributing to professional development, leading quality assurance activities and undertaking Performance Management responsibilities for designated staff.

You will be joining a highly successful department of 12 colleagues with a very low staff turnover, a strong team culture and a commitment to collaboration.
