Location: Central offices in Oxford, with travel across Oxfordshire
About the role
We are seeking an experienced, talented, and passionate Lead Practitioner to join our central team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering our Outreach offer, supporting inclusion projects, and leading training and development across our Trust and beyond.
You will be the face of The Gallery Trust in our work with schools and partners, ensuring a positive impact on outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

- A strong track record of improving outcomes for students with SEND
- Senior leadership experience within education
- Expertise in SEND and mainstream provision
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality training, coaching, and outreach support
- Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
- Personal qualities of resilience, enthusiasm, and tenacity
