Lead Teacher Aspirational Provision job summary
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and passionate Lead Teacher to join our successful Aspirational Provision (AP) team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced educator who is ready to take the next step in their career by helping shape and lead an innovative, supportive, and ambitious alternative provision setting.
As Lead Teacher in our AP, you will work closely with the Head of School AP to bring to life our vision and strategic objectives. You will play a key role in both the operational and strategic leadership of the provision, helping to manage and coach the AP team to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and pupil development. We are looking for someone who: Is an experienced and confident teacher, with a proven record of delivering high-impact teaching and learning. Has a deep understanding of the needs of students in an alternative provision setting. Can inspire and lead colleagues through coaching and high-quality professional development. Demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusive education, emotional well-being, and pupil progress. Thrives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
