What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher for Thrive to join our team from September 2025.
The successful candidate will oversee the running, organisation and delivery of Thrive at John Taylor Free School. This is a middle leadership role with whole-school responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance key areas of our school’s provision. The successful candidate will lead the development of our enrichment programme, including the planning and delivery of Enrichment Week and will take strategic leadership of staff and student well-being.
