We’re seeking a Lead Teacher of Business who can spark curiosity, drive achievement, and truly make a difference. Business is a popular subject at both GCSE and A Level here – and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to take it to the next level.
We’re after an energetic leader and excellent classroom practitioner who:

Holds QTS and a degree in Business or related field.

Has a proven track record of successful teaching at Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 5 experience a strong advantage.

Brings energy, vision, and a strategic mindset to curriculum planning and delivery.

Can inspire, support, and challenge both students and colleagues alike.

Is committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of every child.

Has a collaborative spirit and thrives in a team setting.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Business curriculum at KS4 & KS5.

Oversee exam entries and departmental planning.

Deliver engaging lessons that bring business theory to life.

Play a full role in school life, including extra-curricular activities and community engagement.

Uphold the highest standards of teaching, safeguarding, and student support.
