As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an individual who is a creative, flexible and enthusiastic teacher with the ability to step up to the role of Lead Teacher, 2nd in Department to join our growing school.
The successful candidate will be our second in department, supporting the Subject Leader of EDT, with an ability to deliver to Key Stage 4 our Food qualification curriculum, or have a desire to learn. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has the desire to take their career to the next level and therefore we would prefer someone with a minimum of two years teaching experience.
You will be able to work as part of a team and will be committed to raising standards and outcomes by delivering engaging and enriching Design and Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Class sizes for all our EDT subjects are limited to 20 children and all our children have the ability to do practical lessons in our extensively equipped specialist classrooms.
If you have a passion for excellence and share our vision, we can offer you the opportunity to be part of a successful and progressive Trust, which is committed to ensuring learning is at the heart of all we do.
