What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Lead Teacher of Health and Social Care with talent, ambition, and the desire to leaders to continue to develop excellent teaching and learning at all stages in the Health and Social Care curriculum. You will be an outstanding practitioner, with previous experience of responsibility and leadership within a team.

We need someone with enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ mentality, an ability to inspire others and translate a vision into reality. We will expect you to contribute to the design and delivery of the Health and Social Care curriculum, including standards and outcomes; teaching and learning and student engagement.

The successful candidate joins the school at an exciting time as the Health and Social Care department is continuing to grow in both key stage four and key stage five, and will have experience of delivering the Health and Social Care curriculum at both KS4 and KS5.
