Are you an exceptional Maths practitioner with the passion and expertise to drive outstanding teaching and learning across a growing Multi-Academy Trust? This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced leader of Maths to work collaboratively with the Director of Maths, senior leaders and subject teams to raise standards, improve outcomes and shape exceptional Maths education across the Trust.

About the Role

As Lead Teacher of Maths, you will play a key role in leading curriculum development, improving teaching and learning, and supporting school improvement across Consilium Academies.

Based initially at Armthorpe Academy, you will work strategically across the Trust to:

  • Lead the development of outstanding Maths provision and curriculum design
  • Support Heads of Department to improve teaching, learning and assessment
  • Deliver impactful intervention programmes to accelerate student progress
  • Design and quality assure ambitious curriculum resources and assessments
  • Coach and develop colleagues through professional learning and instructional support
  • Use data analysis and evidence-informed practice to drive student achievement
