Manchester Academy High School is seeking an exceptional Lead Teacher of Science to drive excellence in teaching, learning and student outcomes across our Science department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who thrives on collaboration, innovation and developing others. As Lead Teacher, you’ll be a model of outstanding classroom practice, shaping high‑quality science teaching through coaching, mentoring and evidence‑informed approaches. Working closely with department leaders, you’ll help refine curriculum, assessment and professional development—ensuring every student, regardless of background, makes rapid and sustained progress.
